The WObit offer has a new, very precise confocalDT IFS2407-0.1.1 by Micro-Epsilon. It provides a resolution of 3 nm. It manages very well with large angles of view, while offering a small spot of 3 ľm diameter, which allows precise measurements of the roughness of the brake discs and other smoothly polished surfaces.

The minimum material thickness when measuring the thickness of transparent objects is only 5 μm, enabling precise thickness measurements, including foil and thin glass layers. Model confocalDT IFS2407-0.1 occurs in two versions.

Standard version IFS2407-0.1 with a NA coefficient equal to 0.8 is suitable for precise measurements of rough surfaces and thin layers. The second variant, IFS2407-0.1 (001) with a NA coefficient equal to 0.7, is recommended for measuring at high speed with short exposure time.
