Privacy Policy and cookies of WObit

This document regulates the privacy policy and cookie files of the website WObit 1 . The website is managed by Elżbieta Ober, Katarzyną Ober-Degórska and Jacek Ober who run the business of Przedsiębiorstwo Przedsiebiorstwo Produkcyjno i Handlowe WObit E.K.J. Ober civilian [P.P.H. WObit E.K.J. Ober sc], hereinafter referred to as "WObit", based in Dęborzyce 16, 62-045 Pniewy registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity conducted by the Minister of Development under NIP 7831661475 and REGON 301507140. 1. General information

  1. The purpose of this document is to inform the users of the WObit website about the conditions of collection, processing, use and protection of personal data. Any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person is considered to be personal data. Personal data are not given to entrepreneurs, processed exclusively in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, kept by the Minister of Development.

  2. In terms of cookies policy, we inform you about the conditions for storing information or accessing information already stored in telecom terminal equipment. A physical person or entity using a publicly available telecommunications service or a reasonable provision of such service is considered to be a circular user to satisfy his or her own needs.

  3. In order to provide our website users with the best possible service, we present our products and share our knowledge also on several dozen other websites. The privacy policy that applies to them is the same with this document.

  4. In order to protect the privacy rights, the data collected by the WObit company is limited to the necessary minimum that allows for correct service of the website users.

  5. Data from contact forms are used only by P.P.H. WObit E.K.J. Ober s.c. to exchange information between our company and the user.

2. Proclamation

  1. We strive with due diligence to ensure the security of your personal data processing. We implement the provisions of the regulation and the principles resulting from generally applicable laws. there are in particular: general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 from 04/05/2016), Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended), Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of road services electronic (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended),
    and also the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 171 item 1800, as amended). In particular, we make sure that your personal details are:

    1. processed in accordance with the law, fairly and transparently,

    2. collected for the purposes indicated in this document and in accordance with the law,

    3. not subjected to any further processing incompatible with explicitly stated goals,

    4. factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes in which they are processed,

    5. properly secured against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure and unauthorized use,

    6. stored in the form allowing the identification of persons who are concerned, not longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing,

    7. not subjected to automated decision-making,

    8. not sent to third countries and international organizations.

  2. We have the right technical and organizational resources to minimize the risk of violating the rights or freedoms of the person to whom the data pertains.

3. The administrator of personal data

The administrator of personal data processed as part of the website is WObit.

4. The basis for the processing of personal data

  1. We may process personal data of Users using the services provided by electronic means provided via the website (including contact forms) of WObit, if they are:

    1. necessary for establishing, shaping content, changing or terminating the legal relationship between the User and WObit, in the scope of data:
      name, surname, name of the user, e-mail address, telephone number;

    2. carried out for the purpose of executing contracts or performing other legal actions with the user if it is necessary due to the fact that the service has been properly provided or the manner of its settlement,

    3. used in statistics in the field of operational data, i.e. information about the use by the user
      from services provided by electronic means.

  2. We do not process the above personal information once the user has used the service provided by e-mail, however, subject to the possibility of further use of these data, which are allowed to be processed under separate laws or agreements.

  3. We collect data obtained in this way pursuant to art. 18 para. 1 item 1, 4, 6 and item 2, art. 19 section 2 point 4 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended). The data ranges mentioned are not binding to determine the scope of data processed by the WObit company.

  4. We may process personal information if it is necessary to perform the contract if the data subject is a party to it or if it is necessary to take action before entering into an agreement to request the person to whom the data pertains. The data obtained in this way is processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016)

  5. Regardless, we may also process personal information if it is necessary to fulfill legally justified goals we pursue, and the processing does not violate the rights and freedom of the person to whom the data pertains. Legitimate justification for the purpose is in particular the direct marketing of our products or services, as well as the claim for the economic activity conducted by us. The data obtained in this way is processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016)

  6. In other situations, please voluntarily agree to the processing of personal data. Granting this consent is done in particular by checking the check box ("checkbox") with a declaration of consent to the processing of personal data. The data obtained in this way is processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. and the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016) or art. 18 point 4 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2016, No. 0, item 1030, as amended).

5. Collections, their scope and purposes of processing personal data

We process customer's personal data in systematized files, which we define by the purpose of their processing. We process these data to the extent necessary to achieve the set objective.

6. Entrusting and sharing personal data

  1. We may entrust the personal data of the users of the WObit website to other entities. They could be, for example, a hoster, legal and IT service or other entity with whom we cooperate in order to provide a proper service. Entrusting personal data is always based on a written data entrustment agreement. The current list of entities entrusted with data processing is permanently available to all persons whose data is processed. In order to get access to it, all you need to do is ask us for it. You can do this, for example by sending an e-mail (iod@wobit.com.pl). The legal basis for entrusting personal data is art. 28 para. 3 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 from 04/05/2016).

  2. We do not share the collected data with third parties, except for situations in which it is required by generally applicable laws, i.e. based on the request of the authority or court authorized to do so.

7. The rights of the person to whom the data pertains

Due to the processing of personal data, the users of the WObit website, whose data is related to, provide the related rights:

  1. the right to access your data,

  2. right to rectify your data,

  3. the right to delete or suspend their processing if they are incomplete, out-of-date, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected,

  4. right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority,

  5. the right to appeal at any time for the processing of personal data.

8. Geolocation

We can use the geolocation functionality, which consists of collecting and processing information about the user's whereabouts (eg village, country).

9. Cookies

  1. The WObit IT website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

  2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files that are stored in the handheld device of the service user and are intended for using the websites of the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of their storage on a circular device and a unique number.

  3. Cookies are used to:

    1. adaptation of web content to the user's preferences and optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow you to recognize the user service device and properly display the web page, adapted to his individual needs;

    2. creating anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to know how users use the site and help improve the service.

  4. As part of the website, two basic types of cookie files are used: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies". "Session cookies" are temporary files that are stored in the user's terminal device until you log out, leave the website or disable the software (web browser).  Permanent cookies are stored in the user's terminal device for a specified period of time in the parameters of cookies or until they are removed by the user.

  5. In many cases, software for browsing websites (web browsers) explicitly allows cookies to be stored in the user's terminal device. Website users may change settings regarding cookies at any time. These settings can be changed in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic servicing of cookie files in the web browser settings, or to inform them of any inclusion in the user service device.   6. Restrictions on the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the website's websites.

10. Third party cookies

  1. We use cookies from Google Inc. in our operations. 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States as part of the service:

    1. Google Analytics - they allow an anonymous study of the behavior and traffic of users and the preparation of traffic statistics,

    2. Google Maps - they allow you to store user information that allows you to use
      from the functionality of maps available as part of the Google Maps service,

    3. YouTube - they allow you to store user information that allows you to use
      of the functionality of YouTube services.

11. Managing cookies and other information

Most browser settings typically allow cookies and other information to be placed on the kennel device. If the user does not agree to saving these files, it is necessary to change the settings of the web browser accordingly. It is possible to exclude them from being saved for all connections from a given browser or for a specific site, as well as to delete them. The method of file management depends on the software used. Current file management rules can be found in the settings of the web browser used. Consent to the processing of cookies is voluntary. However, it should be remembered that restrictions on their use may make it difficult or impossible to use part of the website's functionality.
