ELF FlexiForce system

The ELF system is a complete, economical and user-friendly tool for measuring load and force. The system consists of electronics for data acquisition, software (also available in high measuring frequencies up to 6000 Hz) and three B201 FlexiForce sensors.

A set of sensors allows measurement in each of three ranges: low to 111 N, medium to 667 N and high up to 4448 N.

By purchasing additional data acquisition ports, the system can support up to 16 measurement points.

Key features:

  • The system uses ultra-thin (0.203 mm) B201 FlexiForce sensors
  • The ELF plastic bracket includes electronics with a USB connector for data acquisition and a patented interface for B201 sensors
  • The patented electronics allow you to optimize the ELF system performance in terms of the selected force / load. The electronics regulate the sensitivity of the device so that it best matches the dynamic range of the application. This enables the FlexiForce sensors to "tune" for optimal performance.
  • Simple calibration allows you to obtain a precision of 5%. A more detailed calibration ensures accuracy of 3%
