Buehler Motor manufactures planetary, helix and z-gears, whose offsets allow torque (in the case of engines from this manufacturer) from 10 mNm to 10 Nm. The teeth used in the gears are made of plastic, brass, nickel, steel or sintered metals.
The gearbox housing uses materials such as plastic, aluminum and galvanized sheets.
The motor bearing is constructed of metal sinters that are centrally attached to the motor axis. There are also several types in which plastic Sliding Skids are used.
Depending on the factor of work completion, the lifetime of the gearboxes and motors can be between 100 hours and several thousand hours of work. It is not possible to give a lifetime without knowledge of the drive's periodicity.
The table contains the nominal torque for each of the gearmotors. At low speeds, the rated torque is limited by the properties of the engine. At high heights (i <= 100) the rated torque is limited by the mechanical strength of the gears used in the transmission.
The motors with gearboxes manufactured by Buehler Motor are not suitable for continuous operation. The maximum torque in continuous operation should be within 50% of the nominal value.
